RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our vinyl records, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Returns Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact contact@goldcoastmagicrecords.com.au as soon as possible to arrange a return. You may be required to return the product to Gold Coast Magic Records for assessment.
Return Shipping
To return your product, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item of significant value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and any applicable remedy.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product based on the information and specifications as described on the site. You should ensure you read all product specifications prior to ordering as we do not provide refunds for a change of mind.
Our custom vinyl records are made to order, so please allow sufficient time for your order to be completed.
Products will be made as close as possible to the product specifications, but all products are custom-made so slight variations and inconsistencies can occur, though we endeavour to minimise these.
Once you have submitted your order and payment has been received, you have authorised us to commence creating your products. Our cancellation and changes policy applies from this time.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required upfront for all orders. Prices displayed exclude delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
No orders can be delivered or collected prior to payment being accepted.
Delivery costs vary depending upon the size and weight of the product. We will provide you with an estimate which will be confirmed at checkout.
Once you provide your payment for your custom vinyl record product, you authorise us to commence your vinyl production, on the conditions contained within this agreement.
